Rayos del Sol, es una Cooperativa de Pequeños productores cafetaleros, creada en el distrito de Santo Tomás, provincia de Cutervo, región Cajamarca. Se formalizó en el 2022 con la participación de más de 60 familias. En la actualidad somos un equipo que trabajamos, cooperamos y promovemos nuestro café de mas de 150 familias con presencia en tres de los distritos cafetaleros más reconocidos de la provincia de Cutervo: Santo Tomás, Pimpingos y Santo Domingo de la Capilla.
